Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives and it is not right, we'll fix it! NO NONSENSE - we promise. And we totally get it - finding the perfect fit may take a few tries. If you need help finding another size or another style, just give us a shout!
Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return unworn, unlaundered items, EXCEPT PANTIES, within 30 days of delivery. If it's past the 30 days, depending on the item and the circumstances, we may accept the return with a restocking fee or issue you store credit.
Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right not to accept returns that are damaged, including stains from deodorant and transfers of perfume odor.
Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept the return on any panty or thong unless the package is unopened.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
- Circle the items on the enclosed packing slip that you would like to return. Under the "Reason for Return" heading, feel free to let us know if the band of cup was too large or too small, if it was damaged or the incorrect item, if it was not as described or pictured, you didn't like the quality, or you just changed your mind.
- Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the packing slip back into the original shipping box or similar shipping container. Securely tape your shipment closed.
- Mail the package back to use using the carrier of your choice. The address is found below. Write down the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
- Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back at our warehouse after you have shipped the package.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or items that you did not order, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the items to be returned to us. It is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping, if it is a result of our error.
If you find that your items don't have the exact fit that you are looking for, don't worry - exchanges are easy. After you process your return, simply place a new order for the correct size. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new items shipped right away! If you paid via Paypal, we unfortunately cannot process the exchange order for you, so you will need to place your own reorder.
